Muesli With Nuts And Dried Fruits Recipe

It is time to enjoy a healthy breakfast cereal made of rolled oats, fresh and dried fruits, seeds and nuts. Like granola, muesli is easy to prepare from scratch. You can adjust the varieties of fruit, grains seeds, and nuts to your personal taste.


  • 2 cups rolled oats
  • ½ cup wheat germ
  • ½ cup chopped dried apricots
  • ½ cup raisins
  • ¼ cup sunflower seeds
  • ¼ cup chopped walnuts
  • ¼ cup chopped hazelnuts
  • ¼ cup chopped almonds
  • 1/2 large apple, cored and diced
  • 1 cup milk or yogurt


​​To serve, place one cup of muesli in a bowl and add the chopped apple and the milk or yogurt. While some people like eating their muesli immediately, some people prefer to let the oats soak up milk or yogurt for 10 or 20 twenty minutes.
