Frozen Water Pastry With Cheese (Su Boregi) 500g
This rich-tasting filling of this appetizer is made with yufka dough, a thin, almost phyllo-like pastry. There are numerous varieties of borek but this variety is made with white cheese.
Ingredients: Wheat flour, water, white cheese, eggs, pure olive oil, salt, and pasteurized butter.
For a longer shelf life, store in freezer. After thawing, max 2 days in chiller.
Warm up in oven before eating.
