Walnut Salad With Feta Cheese & Sultanas

Green Tea Crepe Cake


  • 1 cup walnuts
  • 1 ½ lbs baby spinach
  • 4 oz crumbled feta cheese 
  • ½ cup craisins or sultanas
  • 1 apple, chopped 
  • 2 T rice vinegar 
  • 2T Dijon mustard 
  • ½ cup olive oil 
  • 2 T cranberry juice 


  • Combine salad ingredients (including cooled honey walnuts).
  • Add all dressing ingredients to a jar. Shake. Pour dressing over salad, toss and serve.
