Aroma: Toffee, a touch of chocolate, pear and cinnamon.
Palate: Complex, but soft on the palate, the malt flavours are pronounced but subtle, a touch of chocolate, pear and cinnamon as a result of of the caramelized sugar.
Pairings: It is perfect accompaniment to rich dishes such as meats, or more complex dishes that require a beer that can complement every flavour on the table. Recommended with grilled meats and rustic pizzas with sausages and potatoes. After the meal, pairs nicely with apple strudel.
