Varietals: Razzola, Leccino, Moraiolo
It is obtained combining three cultivar: Razzola (autochthonous), Leccino e Moraiolo (traditional). The olives are hand picked in the best olive groves, set on the hills of Ortonovo and Castelnuovo Magra.
It maintains the typical characteristics of a Ligurian oil: low acidity, elegance and delicacy. Complexity and character are perceived both in the nose and in the mouth
