Our wet tarhana belongs to the Kastamonu region is made using 100% Certified Organic einkorn flour.
It contains onion, parsley, dill, mint, green pepper, red paprika pepper, salt, cumin and black pepper obtained from Kastamonu region. Our wet tarhana made by completely natural fermentation is probiotic .
Approximately 8-10 cups of Tarhana Soup is obtained from 250 grams of fresh tarhana. Traditionally used for feeding babies, children and the elderly, our tarhana is delicious and practical.
How To Cook It
Add 1 tablespoon of butter and tomato paste and stir it for a few minutes, then add 3 tablespoon of the tarhana and 3.5 cups of water into the pot. Stir till the soup gets thicker, then add a dash of red pepper, salt and peppermint. Serve and enjoy!
