Grass-Fed Black Angus Beef Ribeye. Angus cattle are known for having genes that make its meat more tender, marbled and flavourful than regular beef.
Tender, fine grain, with some marbling and a small strip of fat running lengthwise within the lean, but very little outer fat cover. Boneless, log shape, well flavoured roasting cut which carves into neat slices.
