Hatay Dil Peynir 300g


The fresh cheese obtained by pasteurizing the cow's milk collected from the villages of Hatay and fermenting with natural rennet is boiled in 90° boiling water, and after the shaping stage, it is kept in brine salted water for 2 hours and served for consumption.

Turkish String Cheese is delicate and milky in flavor, with a slightly salty taste. Pull it apart and eat in strings, or slice and enjoy with salumi, olives and other cheeses.
