Manti-Ye Vegan Ravioli With Green Lentil 300g
This Turkish variant of ravioli known as manti are mouth-watering pasta dumplings that are popular in most Turkic cuisines and are typically stuffed with a spiced meat mixture in a dough wrapper and either boiled or steamed. Our version swaps meat for well-spiced mushrooms for a vegetarian alternative.
They are the oriental version of ravioli.
Ingredients: Wheat flour, water, mushrooms, onions, spices, salt, Tumeric
Add a teaspoon of salt to the boiling water. Add the frozen ravioli to the boiling water and cook for about 8-10 minutes. boil it. Strain the excess water and sprinkle with tomato paste, mint, chili peppers, if desired.
