Real sour sourdough yeast, which has been reproduced by separating the dough from the dough for 16 years, is produced by using 100% Organic whole Siyez wheat flour, Çankırı rock salt and purified water, which are ground in stone mills.  It is shaped by hand by making long-term cold fermentation. Natural dyed bamboo molds are used for fermentation. 


No preservatives, raising,thickening or coloring agents are used
