Real sourdough yeast, which has been reproduced by separating the dough from the dough for 16 years, is produced by using 100% Organic whole Einkorn wheat flour, Çankırı rock salt, and purified water, which are ground in stone mills. It is shaped by hand by making long-term cold fermentation. Naturally dyed bamboo molds are used for fermentation.
