This is a special cheese unique to the Southeastern Anatolia Region.
The cheese, in which the beautiful aroma of the Zahter plant is included, is slightly oily and delicious. The zahter in the cheese adds a mild flavor and makes the cheese more delicious and aromatic.
Ingredients: Seasonally pasteurized Goat and Cow's Milk (Contains Lactose), Salt (NaCl), Yeast, Cheese Culture, Melting Salts (E450 – E452), Zahter in
varying amounts. Contains 45% Milk Fat in dry matter.
