This Tarhana is made from Einkorn Flour, tomato, red pepper, onion, yogurt, chickpea and salt.
Tarhana tastes better with low-gluten einkorn flour. Add some tarhana to room temperature water and boil it by stirring. When it boils and darkens slightly, the cooking process is completed. This version of tarhana is not sour.
