These vegan ground meat kebabs are inspired by Turkish street food. The kebabs themselves can be made into wraps, or tucked into Turkish bread or pita for sandwiches, with garlic-dill mayonnaise, sumac onions, and tomatoes.

Cooking Suggestion:

You can cook for 5 minutes front and back by adding 3 tablespoons of olive oil to the heated pan.
