This is a vegan version of the village tarhana soup.
Ingredients: Wheat flour, water, pepper paste, tomato, dried onion, chickpea, green pepper, dill and rock salt
How To Cook It
Add 1 tablespoon of butter and tomato paste and stir it for a few minutes, then add 3 tablespoon of the tarhana and 3.5 cups of water into the pot. Stir till the soup gets thicker, then add a dash of red pepper, salt and peppermint. Serve and enjoy!
