Security & Price Policy

LeMed provides our valued customers with a unique selection of imported specialty products. 

In the course of doing business, we adhere to the following terms and conditions:


-- Product Availability

Many of the items we sell are only available to us in limited quantities. We make every effort to update our web site to reflect out of stock conditions. But it is possible that an item you purchase at LeMed is on back order. In that event, we may replace the product with another brand of equal or higher value product.


-- Pricing

The prices listed on LeMed are current as long as they are displayed and are subject to change at our discretion.

If customers have used any coupon codes on their orders, and expects a refund on any of its items we will only refund the discounted amount and not the full.

In order to properly use the vouchers, customers must hit $100 net to avoid delivery charges.  For example, when applying the $50 voucher, you need to accumulate $150 in cart to avoid the delivery charge and so on.


-- Shipment

LeMed ships via its own delivery system.  If you would like to arrange for alternative shipping method, kindly contact us. Currently, we ship to addresses within Singapore only. Exclude Weekends & Public Holidays.

For unsuccessful delivery attempt, customers are responsible for arranging their own pickup or bear the $20 delivery charge for re-attempt. 


-- Self-Collection
If customers do not claim their order within 30 days of purchase, LeMed reserves the right to dispose the products and not refund their order. 

If products are not picked up within 3 days, LeMed is not liable for any spoilage of perishable items and products with short shelf life.


-- System Availability

LeMed makes every effort to maintain 100% system availability.  In cases where we do experience technical difficulties, we are not responsible for orders that are not processed or accepted.
 

-- Return Policy
Assuming normal room temperature condition and humidity level, we guarantee that any perishable product you receive from LeMed will be of high quality and in good physical condition.  We make the same guarantee for non-perishables, without the temperature and humidity constraint.  Any item(s) that you deem unsatisfactory must be reported by emailing to sales@lemed.com.sg, together with relevant photographs within 1 day (for perishables) and 3 days (for non-perishables) upon receiving your order.  Replacement or refund will be made if applicable. 

Change Of Mind, Return Reason
Also known as "Don't want the item anymore". If you have changed your mind and would like to return your item, please note that we will only accept returns of LeMed that;

- Have Not Been Opened
- Have All Seals and Tags Intact (If Any)
- Is Unwashed or Unaltered

Products that are perishable or may expire are not allow to return/exchange.


-- Privacy and Fraud
LeMed respects your privacy.  No information that is gathered or tracked by LeMed will ever be sold, rented, leased, given or shared to third parties outside of LeMed.  We will not use the information we gather from you in any unsavory manner.


-- Commitment to the Environment 
We at LeMed feel responsible to operate in an environmentally friendly manner. 
After you receive an order from LeMed, we appreciate your efforts to make every attempt to return us the packing materials including ice packs and cold boxes to our delivery team. If you have any ideas on how we can become more environmentally friendly, we welcome your comments.
