Turkish Meatballs, or Kofte, are made with an exotic blend of spices, and are wonderful served as a main dish or as part of a mezze platter

Ingredients
- 500g minced Beef
- 1 Egg
- 1/2 Cup Bread Crumbs
- 3 Teaspoons of Meatball Spice Mix, recipe to follow
- 2 Tablespoons Fresh Parsley
- 2 Cloves Garlic, minced
- 1 Teaspoon Salt
- 1 Small Onion, minced
Method
- Combine all ingredients in a bowl with your hands. Do not over mix which will change the texture of the meat.
- Form the mixture into a flattened oval shape.
- The meatballs can either be grilled or fried in a pan. Cook until done all of the way through.
