Produced from the city of Edremit in Turkey, the olives are vibrant in colour and it has a large pit within. The excessive amount of olive oil within makes it all the more irresistible.
These olives are treated the traditional way and then cured in brine to bring out the ultimate flavour. The Edremit olives are selected with great care which is firstly scored and then processed in both traditional and natural methods without the addition of any additives.
