Atlantic Salmon Portion 150g




This Atlantic Salmon Portion comes with skin, carefully de-boned and de-scaled.  

Keep the skin if you wish to pan grill that perfect crispy skin.  

Simply season with coarse sea salt and herbs preferably dill.  The portion is good for 1 main course.  Best cooked as pan grill, poached, or sous-vide.  

Serve with a simple Bearnaise sauce.  Pairs well with a glass of Chardonnay.

Comes as chilled, kept frozen for freshness.
