Air Flown Fresh Kohlrabi (Yesil Alabas)
It is a cruciferous vegetable that resembles kohlrabi, turnip and radish, has two colors, light green and purple, and can be eaten both in tubers and leaves. This vegetable, rich in vitamins and minerals, has a very fibrous structure. Like other vegetables in the cruciferous family (broccoli, Brussels sprouts, cabbage, etc.), kohlrabi is also known as a strong source of antioxidants.
You can use the kohlrabi, to make salads, cook your meal with olive oil, or you can make a soup out of it.
