Frozen Village Borek With Potato
This rich-tasting filling of this appetizer is made with yufka dough, a thin, almost phyllo-like pastry. There are numerous varieties of borek but this variety is made with potato.
Ingredients: Wheat flour, water, potato (14%), eggs, sunflower oil, salt, pasteurized butter (1.1%), gluten, corn starch.
For a longer shelf life, store in freezer. After thawing, max 2 days in chiller.
Warm up in oven before eating.
