There are so many flavorful celeraic recipes out there, but this one takes the cake!, It looks difficult but it is actually quite simple to make!

- Servings: 6 people
Ingredients
- 6-8 celeries
- olive oil (optional)
- 2 medium onions
- 300 g minced meat
- 1 tbsp tomato paste
- 1 tbsp paprika paste
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp cumin
- 1 cup of rice (200g)
- 5-6 dill or parsley
- 600ml of water
- 1 orange (thinly sliced)
Method
- Peel the celery shells and pour them in the middle with a sharp knife and spoon.
- Cut the onion into cubes and sauté with olive oil until it turns pink over medium heat.
- Put the roasted onions in the mixing bowl, add minced meat and spices and mix well.
- Add the rice so that it does not break, then add and mix parsley.
- Fill the celery, place it in a compatible pot for the oven and stove, put 1 slice of orange on them, then add the tomato paste, close the lid and cook for 1 hour on a medium-hot stove
- Open the lid of the pot and bake for 30 minutes at 200 degrees.
