Ingredients
- 1 full fat yogurt
- 1 cup strawberries (chopped) (optional)
- 1/2 cup walnuts
- ¼ cup of dried cranberries
- ¼ cup of sunflower seeds
- ¼ cup of dried sour cherries
- ¼ cup chopped walnuts
- ¼ cup chopped hazelnuts
- ¼ cup chopped almonds
- ¼ cup dried mulberries
- 1 cup yogurt
Method
- Prepare your parfait jars or cups
- Spoon the yogurt into each jar or cup until they are about 1/3 full
- Put a few pieces of the berries into each jar
- Add a few more scoops of yogurt to the jars
- Top with more dried fruits and nuts if you want them
- Either eat immediately or seal and place in the refrigerator
- The parfaits can be refrigerated for up to 3-4 days
